As a Certified Fraud Examiner, Rob scrutinizes accounting records in business disputes to detect discrepancies; he provides expert testimony and implements effective internal controls to prevent future fraudulent activity. His practice includes internal and board investigations, white collar crime, disability claims, tax violations, commercial bribery, computer fraud, embezzlement and misuse of funds, and trust and estate fraud investigations, among other areas.

He serves on the board of directors of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and is a member of the Forensic Accounting Committee of the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA).
Rob is actively involved in several local charities including Contractors for Kids, a non-profit organization founded to assist children and their families overcome obstacles they have encountered through sickness, injury or death and Commerce Plaza, a unique, hands-on educational program that introduces children to the business community through a simulated work environment.
Education:
Rob earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Hofstra University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.
